Roxy became a Partner within David Bunn & Co in 2014 and is very well known and highly regarded within ‘conveyancing circles’. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2004, following her training in a London firm and specialises in complicated matters such as, lease extensions and freehold purchases under the Leasehold Reform Act, plot sales, commercial premises, property auctions and acting on behalf of limited companies.

Roxy’s legal knowledge in all matters relating to property is second to none and her efficient and personal service means that she is highly sought after by professional property developers, buy to let investors, limited companies and individuals alike.
